Marlon Bryan is the founder of Bryan Law, leading a litigation team with more than 65 years of combined experience in Business Litigation, Condominium and Homeowner Association Representation, Real Estate Litigation, and Property Damage Claims. He is an experienced trial attorney who prioritizes strategic dispute resolution, aggressive advocacy when necessary, and educating clients to narrow issues and reduce litigation costs. Marlon has represented businesses of all sizes and has guided numerous community associations through complex legal matters, helping boards strengthen governance, amend key documents, and fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities.

Ahiza Hernandez-Johnson handles real estate transactions, association matters, commercial leasing, and probate cases. With more than three decades of litigation experience in South Florida, she has managed hundreds of cases and is known for her clear, client-focused communication and practical problem-solving. As a key member of Bryan Law, she brings deep legal expertise and remains active in the Florida Bar and several legal and real estate associations.

Matthew Bryan is an Associate Attorney with experience in the areas of Business Litigation, Condominium and Homeowner Association Representation, and Criminal Law. He is a former Assistant State Attorney with the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he tried over 30 jury trials. Matthew holds a J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he was active in multiple leadership and student organizations, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida.

Shareen AghaRaad is the Director of Operations of Bryan Law, where she manages the firm’s daily operations, ensuring attorneys and clients are supported through a demanding trial schedule. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Business Law from Florida International University (FIU). Shareen brings both strategic insight and a people-focused approach to firm management. Her leadership helps maintain Bryan Law’s commitment to excellence and client service across Florida.

Tania is a dedicated Legal Assistant at Bryan Law, where she organizes case files, coordinates documentation, and ensures every client is set up for success from the start. Her focus on clarity, structure, and responsiveness helps streamline the firm’s workflow and strengthen the client experience. She holds a degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia and brings a detail-oriented, client-centered approach to every matter she supports.
